Pricing FAQ

Do unused credits expire?: Credits roll over month to month while your subscription stays active. We cap rollover at 6 months of allocation to keep queues healthy.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?: Absolutely. Upgrading to annual proration applies automatically. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
How do credit packs work?: Credit packs are one-time add-ons. Purchase anytime to top up your available swaps without changing your base plan.
Do you support team workflows?: Premium subscribers can invite teammates to share a pooled credit balance. We will expand seat-based pricing later in the roadmap.
